Not only was the cake so beautiful, it tasted so good my sister especially loved the creativity of the look and the actual flavor.

Dear Amelia,

    I cannot thank you enough for the gorgeous, amazing and beautiful cake you did for Patrick Thomas' christening.  It exceeded my expectations in every way from the baby blocks to how delicious it was.  Many cakes "look" amazing, but yours also tasted as good as it looked.  It was a shame to cut into it, but I was glad we did because it was delicious. 

     Its so rare that you find someone who truly loves what they do.  You show your love of baking and decorating through the creative, original pieces of art that you create.  It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and I will recommend you to anyone who asks.
