Amelia Monis has studied cake decorating at the French Culinary Institute in New York City,  and in London at Squires International School of Cake Decorating.  In 2008, she was one of only twelve students who studied under Colette Peters at her Manhattan shop, Colette's Cakes. Amelia's creative inspiration comes from her clients themselves and their vision of the perfect cake for their event.
